Cindy and Vincent live in Lima and both participated in the 2021 Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program for the very first time. Vincent had been with the program in 2020, but 2021 was Cindy's first year.
After seeing the benefits her husband saw from the program, Cindy was able to get enrolled as well. Cindy was able to redeem all $10 of her coupons with no problems this season. Cindy shares that the program was "real easy". Both were able to access their local stands and locate the fresh produce they desired.
Cindy also shared that her husband is diabetic so "being able to access healthy and nutrition meals for him is very handy for us and helps a great deal. We appreciate the program."

Eligibility Requirements: 60 years of age or older, meet set income guidelines, live in Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hardin, Mercer, Putnam, or Van Wert Counties.
